Atlantic City boardwalk stretches for about two miles from Absecon inlet in the northeast to Atlantic City Beach patrol station at Roosevelt place in the south-east. It is an excellent place to walk and enjoy the fresh ocean air. Garden Pier is the first structure near the northern part of the boardwalk. This pier is near the former Revel casino building – one of the tallest and most recognizable on the boardwalk.
